Organic Buffalo Mozzarella, carpaccio of tomatoes, basil and cracked pepper (v)

Croquette of Moroccan inspired pulled Welsh lamb, apricots, mint, pomegranate.

Mains

Vegetarian nut roast, vegetables and gravy 

Roast breast & ballotine of chicken, anna potatoes, pancetta, wild mushroom, creamed leek & Tarragon.

Roast sirloin of Beef, celeriac, roast potatoes, Madeira jus, mustard & herb scented Yorkshire pudding.

Dessert

Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, clotted cream Ice cream.

Chocolate cremeux, raspberries, citrus gel, Chantilly cream and hand crafted tuille.
